Buying goods from this website

By making a purchase via this website you are protected by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This gives you a number of rights when shopping online, such as: the right to cancel the order; to be able to see clear descriptions of goods; to be given the total price of the goods and delivery charges; information about our company.

Shipping is free of charge on all orders over £300 inc. VAT.

Shipping for goods under £300 inc. VAT will incur a charge of £10.

Como Audio products purchased from this website can only be shipped to addresses in the UK and Channel Islands.

We will always attempt to ship goods on the day of order if placed before 12noon. Goods ordered after 12noon will be shipped the next working day.

Cancelling an Order

Under the legislation you have the right to cancel an order for goods, for whatever reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. 

This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

In order to cancel your order you must sent an email to info@connecteddistribution.com or telephone us on 01242 511133 or write to us at the address below, within the 14-day period to explain your intention to return the goods. Upon the return of any items (at your cost), which must be received in an unused condition together with your proof of purchase, we will offer a refund of the sale price and cost of standard delivery to you (i.e. if you chose a Saturday delivery the refund will not cover the additional charge for this service). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any items which have been custom made to your requirements (for example custom colours) cannot be returned or refunded in this way and all such transactions are deemed to be final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
